A Special Notice to GCS Patrons Regarding Access to On-line Ticket Purchases:

We have had several questions  regarding accessing the Vendini ticket purchasing page, and printing the tickets.  Here are some suggestions on how to fix the problems.

ACCESSING THE TICKETING PAGE

If you are having trouble accessing Vendini.com and/or are getting redirected to a page requiring you to update your TLS settings, it may be because of a recent internet security update.

Please try a different browser, or update your browser by using the following links to find instructions provided by your browser developer.

PRINTING TICKETS

There is a problem with the Adobe Acrobat reader embedded in Safari. The print icon takes you to a page that displays the ticket image but doesn't actually print it.

Here are three suggestions:

1) Don't click the Print icon - click the DOWNLOAD icon - this will allow you to open the file in Adobe Acrobat.  You can then use the PRINT icon in Safari and it will print just fine.
2) If you have already clicked the Print icon, select PRINT from the FILE menu - this SHOULD print it but there could be scaling problems.
3) Use Firefox - Safari is the least compatible browser with the internet in general - Firefox is the most compatible.  Mac is great, but Safari is just not a good browser. Everyone would be better off in general if they used Firefox as their default browser. Use this link for a free Firefox download:
